Deliciously Easy Raman

BROTH IS MADE FROM

  • 2 1/2 cups of stock (I used mushroom but u can use chicken, veg what ever)

  • 1/2 cup Chinese Cooking Wine

  • 1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 3/4 cup Soy Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Sesame Oil

  • 1 Tbp Ketjap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)

  • 3 Shitaki Mushrooms Sliced

EXTRA YUMMIES

  • left over from baked dinner 😉 (pumpkin, carrots)

  • Chinese Brocolli

  • Bok Choi

  • Spring Onion

  • Coriander roots

  • Ramen Noodles

GARNISH

Poached Egg, Sesame Seeds, Coriander & Fresh Coriander Leaves

METHOD

  1. Cook Ramen noodles as per package

  2. Put broth all together and let simmer, for a bit then put the veg in to cook a bit all together

  3. poach egg

  4. serve with garnishes

  5. enjoy
