We join with People who understand that a single day, held well, can change the way someone breathes for the rest of their life.
This experience is here to draw each person into the gentle embrace this land offers, whilst connecting with family, new lenses to look through & deep hearing to the ways we may connect through our senses.

What to bring:
comfortable clothing to move around in
tighter fitting clothing for partner moves (not to get them caught in things)
water bottle
snacks (to potentially share)
Camping equipment eg. crockery - including plate, bowl, fork, spoon, cup, Shade & comforters
yoga or movement matting
cushions to chill out with
swimming attire, float or blow up toys, googles etc
warm clothes for night
fruit or light breakfast
A creative immersion designed for families to come together build their Life Refinement Therapies & connection to land through each other
